"I wanted to leave a review about my experience today, I recieved amazing customer service from Derek with Josh Tollets State Farm location. The night before I had a bad experience with the after hours line and was upset with the situation. Derek called and emailed me first thing this morning after seeing I was trying to add a new car and was having issues. He was enthusiastic to assist me every step of the way. He was empathetic towards my issues from the night before and went about working with me to get exactly the service I needed at a fair price. He promised to follow up on my account to make sure everything get squared away. Derek did an amazing job and I wanna make sure that he gets the recognition he deserves. Josh also called me personally to verify all my concerns were cleared. 5 star service all the way."

"They would offer a very attractive pack of insurance products. Once they got you, they’ll change the terms as what they offered you most people can’t qualify for and they know it. I was only looking for a life insurance. They fished me for more products as it would be a better deal. Later they wanted me to pay more, explaining that only athletes would qualify for that insurance plan. It should be Josh “Toilet”."
